Continuous Electric Annealing and Acid Washing Line

The annealing line is mainly used to process stainless steel from cold rolling mills. A heat treatment process is used to obtain a soft and uniform metal material, and an electrolytic pickling process is used to remove the oxide scale so that the product can be skin-pass rolled and tension straightened. The steel strip passes through the pickling stage and is immersed in a dilute sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid solution. This chemical treatment removes oxides, oxide scale, and other surface contaminants formed during the cold rolling process, and the annealing and pickling process achieves high-quality strip steel.

 

After pickling in the bright annealing furnace, the steel strip enters the rinsing and drying section to remove residual acid and uses high-pressure water spray and hot air to dry. This step can prevent corrosion of the steel strip and maintain the best surface condition.

 

Annealing line uses a combination of chemical treatment, controlled heating and cooling, and mechanical processing to transform cold-rolled steel strip into high-quality stainless steel products, optimizing performance according to different application requirements.
