The strip tension in each tension zone of the galvanizing production line is carefully balanced and stably controlled, which can control the strip tension in the heating furnace, and is installed with a tension control device and integrated tension closed-loop control. Our hot dip galvanizing line's electronic control system has PLC control, transmission control, temperature control, and HMI human-machine interface. It can automatically adjust the braking force or motor speed of the relevant roller shaft to maintain tension and reduce manual deviation. It can control the unwinding and winding tension of the strip to avoid slipping or breaking.
