Continuous Annealing Acid Washing Line with Bright Furnace
The annealing furnace uses the heat of the exhaust gas of the gas heating furnace to preheat the treated strip, heat the air, and dry it. A new sealing device is used at the inlet and outlet of the furnace.
The annealing line can solve the problems of surface stains and internal grain damage of cold-rolled stainless steel strips. After continuous heat treatment in the degreasing section and annealing section, the treated stainless steel strip reaches the specified mechanical hardness, surface finish, and other properties.
The degreasing area of our bright annealing furnace is mainly used to remove grease from the strip, squeeze out the alkali liquid on the surface of the strip, and isolate the alkali liquid in the alkali liquid spray room from flowing forward. It is driven by a variable frequency motor and a dual-axis output gearbox. Our main drive system is based on SINAMICS S120, and the main feed and common DC bus are used for a multi-motor AC drive system. The drive system is configured with modular components.
