Continuous annealing line technology innovations and trends
After cold rolling, the hardness and strength of stainless steel sheets are significantly improved, but the forming performance is insufficient, making it difficult to put them on the market, and a series of subsequent treatments are required. The cold-rolled stainless steel annealing line is used to process and anneal the cold-rolled sheets, eliminate the stress of the strip, remove the oxide scale formed during the processing and annealing process, and perform finishing and straightening treatment to improve the surface quality of the strip. The degreasing area of thebright annealing furnace can be used to remove grease from the strip.
After annealing and pickling of hot-rolled stainless steel strips, cold rolling is required to achieve the corresponding performance and thickness requirements. Stainless steel will produce work hardening during the cold rolling process, and the degree of work hardening will increase with the increase in the amount of cold rolling. Raising the temperature of the work-hardened material to 900-1100℃ can eliminate deformation stress, and recrystallization occurs at elevated temperatures to soften the material. The annealing furnace after cold rolling can be divided into continuous horizontal annealing and vertical bright annealing according to the annealing method, and can be divided into intermediate annealing and final annealing according to the annealing process.
