The hot-rolled stainless steel
continuous annealing furnace unit has the functions of annealing, billet breaking, pickling, etc. It can mainly make the hot-rolled stainless steel after annealing recrystallize, eliminate work hardening, and achieve the purpose of softening and improving mechanical properties.
annealing and pickling can eliminate impurities such as iron oxide produced during annealing, optimize the surface quality of the strip, and lay the foundation for the subsequent
cold rolling process.
The production process of the
annealing line includes unwinding, welding, annealing, cooling, pickling, rinsing, coiling, and coiling. The unwinding link mainly places the steel coil on the unwinding machine, and the steel strip is smoothly unrolled through the equipment. During operation, it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the tension to avoid deviation of the steel strip or surface scratches. Welding process, when continuous production is required, an automatic welding machine is used to connect the front and rear two rolls of steel strip. After welding, grinding is required to ensure that the weld is flat and does not affect subsequent processes. In the annealing process, the steel strip enters the
annealing furnace and is heated to the set temperature, generally 600-900℃, and is taken out of the furnace after a certain period of insulation. Temperature control is the key to the
annealing furnace production process and directly affects product performance.
