Our annealing furnace is designed for processing carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and other materials. It heats these materials to 700°C to 900°C, maintains isothermal conditions to obtain a uniform microstructure, and cools in a controlled manner. This process reduces hardness, improves machinability, and improves the mechanical properties of components such as gears, shafts, bearings, and engine blocks, meeting the high standards of the automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing industries.
Strip annealing is used to homogenize the chemical composition and structure of the steel, refine the grains, adjust the hardness, eliminate internal stress and work hardening, and improve the forming and processing properties of the steel. The continuous annealing furnace is a process in which the strip is heated to an appropriate temperature under a protective atmosphere, maintained for a certain period of time, and then cooled and aged.
The unwinding area of our bright annealing furnace consists of a copper coil placement table, a sleeve placement table, a copper coil trolley, an unwinder, a liner paper collection machine, a guide pinch roller, a cross shear, a strip stitching machine, a pinch roller, a tension measuring roller, a tension roller, an inlet looper, etc.
