How Continuous Annealing Furnaces Improve Efficiency
The continuous annealing furnace is a furnace that flattens the strip and then heats it to a specific temperature. Its characteristic is that the strip coil passes through each section of the stove continuously in the same process state, and process adjustments are used to achieve full homogenization of organizational properties, full removal of residual stress, and optimization of plate shape. A bright annealing furnace means that during the heat treatment process, the furnace is filled with protective gas. In addition to preventing oxidation and decarburization, the appropriate protective gas should be selected according to the final effect.
The paper collector of ourannealing furnaceis mainly used to collect the lining paper in the incoming strip coil during unwinding, paper break detection, and the paper collector automatically stops after a paper break. The steady-state value of the winding and furnace tension control accuracy is ≤±1.5%,
dynamic ≤ ±3% %. The strip speed accuracy is ≤±0.5% in steady state and ≤ ±1% % in dynamic. The unwinding speed is 0~16m/min, the strip width can reach 750-1550 mm, and the strip thickness is 0.3-2.0 mm. Our electrical control system adopts SIEMENS AC variable frequency speed control transmission control system, with a good human-machine interface and simple equipment maintenance.
