The paper collector of the continuous annealing furnace is used to collect the liner paper in the incoming tape roll during unwinding, and the paper break detection, after which the paper collector automatically stops. The coil trolley of our annealing line is used to move from the coiler reel to the saddle, and can be used to transport sleeves. The maximum outer diameter of the coil is 1800mm, and the minimum outer diameter of the coil is 610mm. The main drive system uses ABB ACS880 to configure a modular component drive system for a multi-motor AC drive system through the main feed and common DC bus.
