Our stainless steel annealing and pickling unit uses a hot rolling process and has annealing, scale breaking, and pickling functional sections. It mainly makes the hot-rolled stainless steel recrystallize after annealing to eliminate work hardening, achieve the effect of softening and improving mechanical properties, and remove impurities such as iron oxide produced during annealing by pickling, further improve the surface quality of the strip, and prepare for the subsequent cold rolling process.
The difference between the continuous annealing process and the traditional coil heat treatment:
The strip is first unfolded into a straight state before entering the annealing furnace. The advantage of this design is that the entire coil can continuously pass through each section of the furnace body under completely consistent process conditions. Through precise process control, it can ensure that the material structure and performance are highly uniform, the residual stress is eliminated, and the flatness of the plate is improved.
Our bright annealing furnace can process materials such as titanium and nickel alloys. The width of the steel coil is 750-1550 mm, the maximum width reaches 1600mm, and the strip thickness is 0.6mm.
