Bright Annealing Line Production Efficiency Improvements

A bright annealing furnace is used to make the chemical composition and structure of steel uniform, refine grains, adjust hardness, eliminate internal stress and work hardening, and improve the forming and processing performance of steel. continuous annealing furnace is a process in which the strip is heated to an appropriate temperature under a protective atmosphere, maintained for a certain period, and then cooled and aged.

 

Uncoiler provides the tension required for annealing the strip during annealing. AC variable frequency motor drive, tension, and speed are adjusted by the frequency converter. Our basic automation system, annealing furnace and terminal PLC, and human-machine interface will be provided separately. The hydraulic shearing machine is mainly composed of a bracket, upper and lower tool holders, a workbench, pressing device, scissors, hydraulic drive, etc., a double guide column synchronous gear structure, and double oil cylinder synchronous pressure shearing from top to bottom. To ensure shearing accuracy, linear bearings and gear rack synchronization devices are used for sliding.
