The floating unwinder of the stretcher leveler unwinds in the upper unwinding mode. The unwinding machine is powered and actively unwinds, with adjustable tension in the unwinding section. Its structure is a floating single cantilever, which consists of a reel, a reduction box, a floating base, a clamping roller, a support arm, a driving power source, a hydraulic cylinder for expansion and contraction, a rotary joint, a brake, and other main components. The strip steel realizes the plate straightening function through two bends and two straightening machines. The plate leveller has two control modes: elongation and tension.
The unwinding shovel plate of the belt-guided pinch shearing machine of the straightening machine is retractable and can swing up and down to assist the unwinding operation and smoothly feed the strip steel into the pinch roller. The pinch roller can provide power at the entrance of the steel strip and can feed the strip after the strip steel is rolled up and before welding.
Tension straightening is a straightening process that is composed of a stretching flange roller and a bending material overlapping on the straightening roller. The combination of the two processes of stretching and bending enables the tension leveler to achieve a higher level of plasticization.
