Reliable Straightening Machines for Manufacturing Needs

The coiler of our straightening machine has the functions of upper and lower coiling, and adopts seamless coils to reduce the number of inner ring marks, head marks, and improve the yield rate.

The process section of the plate leveller adopts constant elongation control. After the elongation and tension parameters are input on the touch screen, the PLC automatically adjusts the speed and torque of each S roller motor. The line speed and coil diameter can be calculated for unwinding and rewinding, and constant tension control is implemented. The tension leveler electronic control system consists of PLC+touch screen+DC speed regulator. Our motor power is 2.2 kW, and the motor output speed is 101 rpm. Our electrical transmission control system completes the control of unwinding tension, inlet S roller group, straightening machine, outlet S roller group, and coiling tension, and performs constant speed and constant tension coiling. The tension of each section can be independently controlled, and the tension and speed are continuously adjustable.
