Customized Rewinding Machines for Various Applications
The rewinding machine unit is mainly used for post-processing of cold-rolled strip steel. Its core functions include coiling, straightening, trimming, and surface treatment. The process principle is that after the raw material coil is unfolded by the uncoiler machine, the plate shape is corrected by the stretcher leveler, and then oiled or trimmed, and finally re-reeled into a steel coil that meets the user's requirements.
The electrical control system of our decoiler machine is mainly based on the process requirements of mechanical equipment, hydraulic equipment, and units, and uses electronic components from Siemens of Germany to form a fully digital and fully integrated automated process control system. It is driven by Siemens' fully digital AC variable frequency drive, uses SINAMIC S120 and G120 series devices, is equipped with S7-1500 series PLC control, and uses Profinet network and Ethernet network with fieldbus integration to form the basic automation system.
The steel uncoiler is mainly responsible for the automated operation of the whole machine. It is a metal coil processing equipment with key process links such as unwinding, tension control, deviation correction, slitting, and winding.
