The skin pass mill has been engineered to a high level of automation, incorporating a complete human-machine interface, and can adopt both dry and wet leveling production processes.
The host PLC program controls the speed command to realize speed control and tension control; the speed-regulating equipment automatically distributes the speed; the
temper mill can realize constant tension control; and the use of high-precision photoelectric sensors, combined with PLC, realizes automatic elongation control.
The
skinpass mill for Steel Strip is particularly suitable for strip
plate leveler and
cold rolling skin-passing machines. After recrystallization, annealing, and galvanizing, the strip steel often needs to be flattened so that the strip steel obtains the necessary performance and surface quality to meet the requirements of post-processing.
System features:
1. The cold-rolled strip processing equipment has a high level of automation.
2. The automatic centering system for the upper coil, the flattening constant pressure control system, the roll gap control system, and the tension control system can be configured as needed.
3. There are two processes in the unit production process: dry flattening and wet flattening.
4. To improve the quality of the product, the unit can be equipped with a CPC (or EPC) system, a bending roll system, anti-wrinkle rolls, and anti-jump rolls added to the equipment.
