The working rolls apply a small amount of pressure reduction to the plate without relying on tension. The single-pass deformation is single-stand or double-stand rolling, and the deformation is less than that of conventional rolling mills.
The unwinding section and winding section of our skinpass mill have the functions of automatic coil diameter tracking and constant tension control, and the process section has the functions of constant pressure, constant roll gap, and constant elongation control. It can improve the surface quality of the steel strip through slight rolling, adjust its mechanical properties, reduce the yield strength, and eliminate the yield platform.
Thetemper mill can roll a steel coil with a width of 1450mm, its line speed can reach up to 300m/min, and the thickness that can be rolled is 0.5-1.5mm.
