This reversible cold-rolled stainless steel cluster mill unit can roll stainless steel strips with a maximum width of 950mm, and is an AC variable frequency rolling mill. Our electronic control system uses domestic high-performance multi-machine drive inverters, 690V three-phase AC power supply, variable frequency speed regulation for the left and right coils of the cold rolling mill and the main machine, and constant tension control. Its maximum rolling speed can reach 380m/min, and its rated power range is 3.7~5600kW. The power generation energy of the uncoiler of this cold tandem rolling mill is fed back to the low-voltage power supply system through the low-voltage public DC bus.
